Executive Coaching: The majority of Renee’s executive coaching clients are at the Director to Vice President levels within their organization. She specializes in proactive coaching for leaders to take their personal effectiveness and leadership skills to the next level, while identifying and addressing any personal gaps that hinder career growth.
Group Coaching: Renee facilitates group coaching sessions with established teams or development cohorts to target an organizational development need. These sessions are tailored to the organization and specific team, and can range from single day sessions to ongoing group development.
Leadership Development Programs: Renee has created, led, and/or managed 8 distinct leadership development programs at Fortune 500 firms from entry level to executive level. With this targeted experience, Renee can lead the strategic development of leadership programs for participants at any level with consultation on design, recruiting, talent selection, curriculum development, and assessment.
Facilitation: In addition to Group Coaching sessions, Renee can design and facilitate a leadership development session to meet the needs of the group. Renee is also LiFO certified, and can incorporate that assessment into the session.
